Most rotary screw machines run on a 2,000-hour minor and 8,000-hour major interval, but hours are only half the story. A dusty foundry and an air-conditioned packing hall wear the same machine at very different rates. We set intervals from your operating hours and site conditions, then hold to them.
Yes. We are independent, so we maintain and repair across manufacturers — BOGE, ALMiG, Mikropor, BD and others. Being brand-neutral is the point: our recommendation is not tied to a distribution agreement.
Our average response is measured in hours, not days, across our service regions. Customers on a maintenance plan get priority dispatch, and if the repair will take time we can put a rental unit alongside so you keep producing.
Lower than you probably are. Set generation pressure by the highest genuine requirement at the point of use, plus a margin for distribution loss — not by what the previous engineer left on the dial. Every bar you drop takes roughly 7–10% off the energy used to make that air.
Yes. The rental fleet is maintained specifically for shutdowns, peak demand and breakdown cover. We deliver, install and commission, and collect when your unit is back online.
We log flow, pressure and power over a representative period, run an ultrasonic leak survey, and map your distribution network. You get a report showing where the air goes, what each loss costs, and what the payback is on fixing it — ranked by return.
From planned shutdowns to emergency cover — a
maintained rental fleet ready to keep you producing.
